Refunds

You have 14 days from your purchase to ask for a refund of the complete Self-Model, for any reason at all. Write to greg@zodiaq.net from the address on your account and say you want it refunded. You do not have to explain why, and I will not ask you to sit through a conversation about it.

The refund goes back to the card you paid with, and Stripe usually takes five to ten business days to put it there. That part is their timing, not mine.

I do not take the report away when I refund it. You read it, some of it may have landed, and clawing it back would be petty. Your reading stays in your private space.

The free reading costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Beyond the 14 days I am under no obligation — but if something has genuinely gone wrong, write to me anyway and say so. I would rather hear it.

That is not a refund question, it is a broken thing, and it gets fixed first. The report takes a while to write and I email you when it is done. If that email never came, tell me and I will look — and if it cannot be produced, you get your money back without using up the guarantee.
